Terms of Use

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: Once a weather watch has been issued and animals are already loaded onto the trailer, any cancellations or changes made by the client will be subject to a $200 rebooking fee. This policy is in place to cover the time, labor, and logistical impact associated with preparing and transporting live animals.
  • Parking Requirement: A minimum of 30 feet of accessible parking space is required to accommodate our truck and trailer. This parking must be as close to the event venue as possible. If suitable parking is not immediately available upon arrival, time spent searching for parking will be deducted from your scheduled event time. If appropriate parking cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to leave the location, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) Policy:
    A $25.00 administration fee applies to all COI requests. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate specific clause requests, certain wording may not be approved by our insurer. As such, we cannot guarantee the inclusion of all requested terms.

    Do not base your booking solely on COI requirements, as we cannot guarantee specific language will be available. All deposits are non-refundable. If your event requires specific COI wording, this must be discussed and confirmed prior to submitting a deposit, as COI limitations do not affect our ability to operate.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services, for any reason. A full deposit will be returned if it is deemed weather related and/or animal health, or anything attributed to a cause on our behalf. No deposit will be refunded for any reason upon customer cancellation. We will do our best to reschedule.
  • Please note: If you are booking animals to be used on municipal property (ie: City Park) you will need permits, and you are responsible for obtaining them. We do not obtain permits of any sort. If a permit is not obtained, and we are removed from the site, all monies are forfeited.
  • As we are working with live animals, we expect delays. We will do our best to communicate with the party host if the schedule is running behind. We ask our patrons to be understanding.
  • ONLY hand soap and water are to be used during the animal events. Any use of hand sanitizer is forbidden, as it is extremely poisonous to the animals. If we see hand sanitizer being used at all, the event will be cancelled immediately for the safety of the animals.
  • We reserve the right to use which ever horse/pony is available and in good health to preform at any party and/or event. We will try our best to accommodate requests however there is no guarantee on which equine will attend an event.
  • We cannot guarantee the species of animals that attend the petting zoo. We will use which ever animals that are in season, healthy, and that we deem appropriate and/or safe for use.
  • My Pony Party and Friends is the only entity in which the legal waiver signed is to be used. We are not responsible for any illegal use of our waiver by other parties.
  • Equine helmets provided by My Pony Party and Friends must be worn at all times while upon any equine. Not cooperating and following this rule will lead to termination of ride and/or event/party.
  • All riders must sign a waiver before mounting any equine. Failure to do so can/will terminate ride immediately and/or event/party.
  • Proper closed toe foot wear is recommended for both equine and petting zoo events. Animals do not “watch for toes,” there for, there is a possibility of injury.
  • We are not liable for any injury or property damage during our events.
  • Feeding animals is a choice. There is a risk of animals biting. My Pony Party and Friends assumes no fault or liability pertaining to the feeding of animals.
  • Petting zoo rules shall be posted outside of the zoo pen. Cancellation of the zoo may occur if rules are being broken. No warning is needed. Abuse of any animals will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • We reserve the right to edit, change or revise our terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to check and read the terms before booking. Moreover, before the event, and to advise all participants of said terms and conditions.
  • A grassy area must be provided for large events. If one cannot be provided, My Pony Party will provide bedding and clean up at a surcharge of $200.
  • Events must dispose of waste at their own discretion. My Pony Party will not be responsible for removal of cleaned up waste.
  • Water must be provided at all events.
  • By booking a party/event, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

Electronic Communications

When you use our Site, or send e-mails, and other electronic communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By sending, you consent to receive reply communications from us electronically in the same format and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Accounts

In order to use certain features of the Site (e.g., purchasing products and services (referred to collectively as “Products” herein) from the Site), you must register for an account with My Pony Party (“My Pony Party Account”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Site registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation or the terms of this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your My Pony Party Account login information.

 

You are fully responsible for all activities that are associated with your My Pony Party Account (including but not limited to any purchases, use of the Site, or correspondence from your account to My Pony Party). You agree to immediately notify My Pony Party of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your My Pony Party Account or any other breach of security. When you provide My Pony Party with such notice, My Pony Party will suspend or otherwise secure your Account to prevent future unauthorized activity.
